1. Free Rescheduling Guarantee
We understand that family situations and health conditions can change unexpectedly, especially for elderly pilgrims. We offer free date rescheduling up to 7 days before your arrival date with zero alteration fees (subject to hotel room availability).
2. Cancellation Slabs for Yatra Packages
15+ Days Before Travel: 90% refund of advance token amount.
7 to 14 Days Before Travel: 70% refund of advance token amount.
3 to 6 Days Before Travel: 50% refund of advance token amount.
Within 72 Hours / No Show: No refund on token deposit due to hotel and chauffeur lock-in.
3. Weather & Administrative Closure Refunds
In rare instances where boat operations are suspended by district authorities due to heavy Ganga/Saryu monsoon currents or state VIP security closures, boat booking charges are 100% refunded or adjusted against alternative ground arrangements.
